My Team was tasked with redesigning Target for Responsive Web, using heuristics tests to determine points of improvement, and conducting sorting surveys to simplify and Target's item categories.
Initial: “How might we deepen our understanding of where Target.com ranks with competitors and how users perceive the current website so that we can redesign a more intuitive experience?”
Refined: “How might we allow busy stay-at-home parents’ online Target shopping experience to have the more essential items/pages be more discoverable.”
